How to Become a Patient

Scheduling an intake is easy. We just need a little information from you first, and our team will handle the rest.

Once submitted, a member of our intake team will contact you within 1-2 business days. For minors under 18, we'll contact the designated parent or guardian.

Verify Insurance & Schedule

Our team will verify your insurance benefits, explain any costs, find the right provider for your needs, and schedule your initial appointment.

Begin Your Care

Attend your first appointment via telehealth or in-person. Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan together with you.
