Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. Unlike traditional antidepressants that take weeks to work, Spravato can provide rapid relief, often within hours to days. Because of its dissociative effects, Spravato must be administered in our office under medical supervision.
