None of your information will be disclosed without your consent, and you will have access to all your records.

After confirming your insurance eligibility (or if you’re paying out of pocket), our team will guide you through the process of registering for the patient portal.

Types of Care

As every individual is different, the length of time spent with our service providers is based on your preferences, professional recommendations, and scheduling availability. Typically, your first session will be 45-60 minutes and your follow-up sessions will last about 15-30 minutes with the frequency being up to your current needs and goals.

We provide treatment for children, teenagers, and adults aged 10 and older. For anyone under 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory. Additionally, if a minor is legally under the care of only one parent, we might ask for proof of legal custody.

Scheduling and Canceling Appointments

Like many professional services, our practitioners must effectively manage their schedules. Therefore, we require a credit card on file prior to scheduling an appointment and an initial $25 deposit. After we file your claim with your insurance, the deposit will be applied to your patient responsibility, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

You can reschedule or cancel appointments through the patient portal or by replying to the automated SMS reminders. Please note that we require at least two business days (48 hours) notice for cancellations. A fee of up to $100 may apply if sufficient notice is not provided.

Your patient responsibilities are due at the time of service and can be paid through the patient portal or via a secure payment link sent to your email or phone. If you have any outstanding balances, payment is required to avoid appointment cancellation.
