Pricing and Insurance
Everyone’s budget is different, but no matter where you’re at, that shouldn’t stop you from taking care of your mental health. At Oasis Health Services, we want to make sure that you’re both getting great value for your investment and are not held responsible for any unforeseen charges that could potentially disrupt your treatment.
When you call your insurance carrier, be sure to ask about your psychiatric/mental health benefits and if there is a co-payment before your first session.

Available Sessions
- 45- and 60-minute first session
- 15-, 20- and 30-minute follow-up visits
Your Responsibilities
- Confirm we are a participating provider
- Understand the benefits that come with your insurance provider
- Obtain the correct paperwork and referral information needed before you first appointment
Your referral may have an expiration date or a select number of visits. Make sure you contact your primary care provider to obtain additional visits if needed.
Referrals
Some insurers require primary care approval to see a specialist. Check your plan and inform your doctor if needed to avoid unexpected costs. Insurance payments vary, as each company sets its own rates. At Oasis Health Services, our pricing is based on your care needs.
Collecting Payments
If we can’t collect payment after making every reasonable effort, Oasis Health Services may involve collection agencies or attorneys to help recover the owed amount.
Payments
Payment is expected at the time of service for all the services we provide. Oasis Health Services will assist by submitting a claim to your contracted third-party or insurance carrier. Any fees not covered by them will become the responsibility of the patient.

Disability/ESA Forms
Forms should be completed during appointments. For urgent requests outside of appointments, email support@oasishealthservices.com with prior approval. Fees must be paid in advance. Contact us with any questions.
